Fall 2019 - Matrix Theory (MATH-4500-01)

Continuation from MATH 2250 of the study of matrices, an important tool in statistics, physics, engineering and applied mathematics in general. Concentrates on the structure of matrices, including diagonalizability; symmetric, hermitian and unitary matrices; and canonical forms such as Jordan form. Prerequisite: grade of C or better in MATH 2250. 9/4/2019 - 12/13/2019, Lecture
