Econ 4240 is the economics capstone course. We study the history of economic
thought and bring together the main ideas from your economics education up to
this point. You will see how the economics field started and how it got to
look like what you learned in your past economics courses. Additionally, 30\%
of your grade comes from developing and presenting a capstone economics paper,
in which you create (from scratch!) and analyze a micro-economic model of some
real-world question that interests you.
