Students must enroll in a laboratory section....................First semester of one-year series. Studies leadershipand quality management fundamentals, professionalknowledge, leadership, ethics and communication skillsrequired of an Air Force officer. Uses case studies toexamine Air Force leadership and management situationsas a means of demonstrating and exercising practicalapplication of the concepts being studied. A mandatoryleadership laboratory complements this course byproviding advanced leadership experiences in officer-typeactivities, giving students the opportunity to applyleadership and management principles of this course.
