Provides professional child development and early education majors with an in-depth experience working with families and staff. Students gain experience in observing and assessing early childhood programs, planning and presenting staff training/professional workshops, staff supervision, writing newsletters, and other professional documents and professional activities. Prerequisites: FCSC 2121; FCSC 4127; EDEC 3220 or EDEC 4320.
