  • Fall 2020 Medication Malpractice (PHCY-5670-40)

    Using a case-study approach, potential legal liability issues are studies, within a health care context that primarily focuses on legal liability related to the use of medications. Strategies for reduction of legal liability are explored. The implementation and oversight of legal risk management programs is addressed. Dual listed with: PHCY 4670.     This class will instruct and evaluate students in military conditioning.
