This reading questionnaire is designed to prepare you for lab and covers material we will cover in the next lab. It is due by midnight on the due date. You can work on a questionnaire at any time during the semester. You need not complete a questionnaire in a single session. Rather you can navigate away a questionnaire you are working on and return later to complete it or revise your previously entered answers. Click the Submit button only when you have completed the questionnaire and are ready to have it graded. Once you click the Submit button, you cannot go back and change your answers! Questionnaires are automatically graded by the system so take care in composing your answers. Following these guidelines will improve your success rate in answering questions:
- spell words correctly;
- use the structure of the sentence or question to determine if the answer should be plural or singular;
- for fill in the blank questions, note the structure of the blanks. It indicates the number of words expected and their approximate relative lengths;
- for multiple fill in the blank questions, the number in parenthesis after a square indicates the number of words expected
